so we're selling since we're moving back to ON. The realtor finally put the pics up on the web, which I'm willing to forgive the few day lag b/c she booked a showing today and another one tomorrow. But, I think the pics are wayyy too dark and some are actually blurry. And there's no pics of our 2 bathrooms which are pretty good rooms. Your thoughts?

I think she probably could have done better with the pictures. Bathrooms are a big selling point so she should have included pics of them...I know I looked mostly at bathrooms and kitchens when I was looking for a house.

and a pool filled with ice. I don't know why Quebecers have pools since we can only use them for 2 months, but I think 50% of the population has one. It's weird.

I also think she could have found better angles that make your rooms look bigger. The picture of the bedroom makes it look small cause you can barely see anything but the bed.

we gave her some pics we took last summer since our pool may be a selling point, and we have a decent backyard (for around here) with perennial gardens. But I also don't know if people will think the house has been on the market for a long time if we include summer pics.

I like the idea of having the summer pics in there because it shows what the backyard actually looks like. I think her picture of the back of the house is taken from a weird angle - you can't really see the entire back of the house in either of the pictures - your picture of the back is much better IMO.
