Oh yes, it's hell. Have you tried chiropractic at all? Mine has been a lifesaver. Some of this is because your hips & ligaments are stretching, which is not something he/she can completely help with, but mine has made my sciata & hip pain a ton better.

Yes, especially first thing in the morning. The snoogle body pillow helps with the hip pain a little bit but sometimes I got myself untangled from it (like last night) and on those morning I wake up in a lot more hip pain then usual.
yup. probably my least favorite part of pregnancy! Mine hurt mostly when i'm sleeping.. the only thing that makes them feel better is walking around- go figure.
this time around it didn't start until later, thankfully- i guess b/c my hips are already stretched out from last time.
Mine hurt when I sleep. They don't hurt when I'm laying on my back in bed (reading or whatever), but I don't sleep on my back so they always wake me up hurting. I can already see me sleeping on the chair in the living room later on in the pregnancy.
No, and I totally attribute this to doing prenatal yoga a few times a week. The hip openers, squats and stretches that have really helped me not have much back or hip pain at all.

Which is the reason I started going last week. I've heard that as well, I feel silly being in there so 'early'...but I figure if it will help me in the weeks to come, bring it on!

I started at 13 weeks too and felt the same way about being there so early I figured it was better to get into a routine before things started getting harder to do.

My right hip. I can't find a comfortable position to sit in so I keep getting up and moving around all day.
