I noticed in your siggy pic that Emily has her ears pierced. What age did you get them done? Our pedi told us to wait until they are 4 months which I am fine with. Also, where did you take her to get it done? Thanks!

We got Emily's ears pierced when she was 6 months old.  The dr. office I take her to has a dr that does the piercings. I didn't wait to take her to Wal-Mart, Claire's or some place like that when a dr. could do them.  I felt more comfortable that way.  The earrings that they use at the office are all plastic, so there is less chance that there will be an allergic reaction to the gold.  If your dr. doesn't do them, I would call around to see if any pedi. does them around you.  Hope that helps!!

Thanks. The pedi we have been seeing in the office doesnt pierce. When he came to check out the girls when we were all still in the hospital I asked him about piercing. He told me he has done it once before and after that experience he would rather do 100 circumcisions before he did another piercing. haha... I will have to ask him if the other dr in the office does. Thanks again.
