I have a pot roast in the freezer and was thinking that I could throw it in the crockpot on high (once I defrost it) and make dinner for the kids to eat tonight. Except that the only veggies I have are carrots and green beans, so I don't want to do a traditional pot roast.
Anything I can do with it more italian style? I have lots of tomato sauce, tomato paste, herbs, etc.
