I e-mailed them last night that our Ergo broke and they e-mailed be back today asking a few more questions. They just sent me an e-mail telling me that they are sending us a BRAND NEW one for nothing and they are sending a postage paid envelope for me to send the broken one back in.
I now pph my Ergo even more then I did before...and I truly didn't think that was possible.

Man, I am so sold on getting an Ergo. I hadn't heard of them until about two weeks ago, and now all I hear is how great they are!
