I am small chested so I have always worn padded bras. No fear of the nipples poking out form under my shirt. But since having the kid, I have had to wear non-padded bras and my freaking nipples won't go down. They are ALWAYS at attention when there is any sort of temp change or if something rubs up against them...so yeah pretty much all the time. How the heck do women deal with this all the time? It is driving me insane!
Re: I don;t know how you do it (nipples mentioed)
I have to wear a padded bra for the reasons you described.
Nursing pads don't help?
sounds a little crazy but runners use "nip guards" https://www.nationalrunningcenter.com/prodinfo.asp?number=NG
specifically my brother in law, a marathon nut, swears by them
Ditto. ?
