So what's the deal with these gadgets?  Is it like a straw mechanism so that you don't have to hold two bottles?  If you've used them, at what age did you start?  How many did you have?  And how the heck do you clean them?  TIA!

Some mom's swear by them, but my kids could not get the hang of it. I think i started them around 4ish months. To clean them it come with a little brush.

They worked really well for us.. starting at about 3 months. They suck on the nipple part like a pacifier. I alsi cleaned them with the little brush that comes with them, and I used  micro-steam bags as well.

They come with a wire brush for the tubes, and you clean everything else like normal...in hot, soapy water.
