Shoe inserts

in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months
DS is 15-months old and is still not walking.  Our OT said he has flat feet and pronates.  She recommended shoe inserts.  Does anyone else's DC have shoe inserts?  If so, did you use pre-made ones (like Pollywogs) or did you have to have them casted?  TIA!

    I thought most babies have flat feet?  Seems weird to be worrying about that if he's not walking, but I'm no expert!

    She said infants do have flat feet and that's why she wasn't worried at 11/12months.  But now that he's 15-months, she said he should start developing arches.  Also he pronates his feet which causes him to be off balance.

    Ahhh - that makes sense!  I was starting to get paranoid b/c I know DS's feet are super flat!

    I don't know about the inserts, but GL!  I hope someone can help.
