Of your boy picks I like Owen James and Holden Dean the most equally, and actually dislike Bain.
For girls I like Olivia Jayne, followed by Molly Elizabeth or Reagan Elizabeth. I could never do Reagan though because I was not a huge fan of pres. Reagan's policies, but if you were or don't care about that association, that's for you to decide.
For boys I think I like Owen and Patrick the best, and really dislike Bain. Bain makes me think of the name of one of the centaurs in Harry Potter, and he is not a nice centaur. Also the word bane means:
For girls, the only name on your list that I like is Brinley, but if it were me, I'd use Brynn as the name instead of NN. HTH

Do any of them have special meaning to you? That may change my opinions. Here's my thoughts:
Owen James: Not a fan of Owen but nothing wrong with the name
Declan Dean: It's alright, people will mispronounce Declan
Holden Dean: Don't like Holden
Jameson Dean: Can't stand this name, sorry (the liquor correlation ruins it)
Patrick Allen: I'm biased, this is our son's full name (mn is DH's mn)
Bain Allen: Really don't like Bain
Molly Elizabeth: Pretty
Kennedy Lynn: NMS but nothing wrong with it
Olivia Jayne: Too popular, but pretty
Brinley Elizabeth: Ehh, its okay. Brynn is pretty.
Reagan Elizabeth: Dislike Reagan
Jordana Lynn: Jordana is not bad, but I dislike the name Jordi-sounds weird
Boys: I like Owen and Holden, the rest are really nms.
Girls: love Olivia, Kennedy and Reagan are really cute too.

Holden Dean -- again, like the first name, but not with this middle name.
Jameson Dean -- same here -- maybe it's just the name Dean that I don't like
Patrick Allen -- It's OK. BTW, my DS is Declan Patrick

Well the only names that have any special meaning are the middle names. We choose them because James is my BFs middle name, Allen is my BFs brother's middle name and Dean is my father's middle name. Elizabeth is my middle name and Lynn is my sister's middle name.
Other than that we just like the names. My BF really likes the name Declan and I really do too. We're Irish so that's why we have a?tendency?to go toward those kind of names.?
Well our son is Declan Andrew and dh is Jamison Patrick so talk about irish names. So I'm a big fan
