Post Coital Test

I had a post coital test done today, and they told me my mucus is too thick.  They told me to take Mucinex.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    Mucinex works well. You can take it starting a few days before expected ovulation following package instructions and it pretty much works right away. I find drinking plenty of water with it helps as well. Make sure you get plain mucinex and not any of the kinds that they make to help other issues.

    Yup, mucinex is used to help viscosity of CM. And ditto pp, get the plain one, otherwise it can dry out your CM, not the goal. GL!

    you can use anything that has Guafenisin as the only ingredient (regular mucinex, Robitussin Chest Congestion).

    like PP said, make sure you drink A LOT of water. Mucinex will thin out your mucus BUT you need to drink water to have mucus!
