Tell me about garment extenders

I saw them at Nicki's Diapers.  I have a small kiddo and don't want to move to the next size, but with her cds I might need to.  These seem ingenius.  Do you use them?  Did they work?  Where else can I buy them?

I bought them from Nicki's Diapers.  I have not used them yet because most of his outfits are onsie / pants sets and he needs the larger size of pants with CDs.  I figure I will get more use out of them during the summer when I can put him in just a onsie.

I got ours at onestepahead.com and love love love them!! DD is wearing 6 month onesies with the extenders. Ours came with three different sizes for various onesies.
