Just wondering if anyone could recommend some good pregnancy yoga or pilates classess.

There is a pea in the pod in white plains that I am pretty sure offers those.

I go to the White Plains Destination Maternity class.  It's pretty good and you can get a pack of 10 classes for $100, or pay $12 a class.

 If you're really into yoga, it might seem pretty easy and basic.  As you get farther into your pregnancy, it definitely gets tougher! (I found this out the other day when I almost toppled over doing a basic move that i'd never had trouble with before!)
