DH likes Ty and I do too (we're not even pregnant but just thinking ahead haha) Anyway, WDYT of just plain Ty - not short for Tyler, Tyson or anything else? Thanks :-)

That's MH's name and I love it. It's not short for anything. Before I met him I wanted to name a boy Ty but didnt think it could just be Ty. I thought it had to be Tyler too.

But I love it. Just plain Ty.

We are naming our little guy Tyson, nm Ty. I think you could go with just Ty. But I always loved the name Tyson so that's what we are going with.

Ty is cute. My cousin's first name is Tyson but they call him Ty.

Thanks ladies, I think I like it a lot too! We are going to TTC #2 this summer and I am secretly hoping for another little boy ;-) Oh, my DS' name is Zane and I think Ty goes really well with it!

I like it, but..at the same time i don't think its formal enough? like it doesnt have enough to it ya know? i think it maeks a better NN then a full name.

I think I like it more as a nickname, instead of full name. But I do really like it.

I love the name Tyson and calling him Ty for short. Cute. I agree it's nice to have a more formal name - I picture him having a job on wall street and Tyson would look better on a business cards, yet Ty is an excellent nickname.

I personally would prefer to name him something longer and use Ty as a nickname.
