Do some extra walking for me!! I'm on bed rest so I can't do anything. I'm worried that I'll lose all muscle mass by the time July gets here. I hope I won't have a hard time getting back into shape after delivery.
I alternate between going to the gym and working out at home. Today, I'll be doing the Perfect Pregnancy Workout DVD and the 45 minute Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga DVD.
I do 20 min on the exercise bike and 20 min on the treadmill. I usually do it after dinner though because I've noticed it helps with the acid reflux. I just got a prenatal yoga dvd too, which helps with my back pain, so I may do that later while I am supposed to be working from home.
Pffft. I haven't worked out since I was put on pelvic rest for 1st tri spotting. I was given the go-ahead a few weeks later, but I just can't be bothered. I was good with my last pregnancy and worked out on the elliptical until I was about 34 weeks. I'm just a lazyass this time around!
I am not the workout queen I was before getting KTFU. Whoops.
Today I think I'll walk to the pantry and get myself a 100 calorie pack of Fudge Grahams to go with my morning cup of coffee. Maybe I'll do a lunge or two on my way there...or maybe not.

I have my cardio/pilates class tonight. YEAH! Normally I alternate between the Wii Fit step/jogging, the elliptical and a prenatal working DVD I have, but once a week I have class and I feel so good afterwards.
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical & weights this morning before work. I'm way too tired to do it after work, so if I don't go early, I won't go at all!
