Who is working out today?

What are you doing?

I will probably go for a walk. When DS takes his nap I will do my prenatal yoga dvd. Tonight, I will do Wii Fit just for fun.

  • I plan to walk on the treadmill tonight when I get home...it's too cold in CT for a lengthy outdoor walk so I catch up on my DVRed shows and walk walk walk...

  • I walk 40 minutes before work every day, so I'm done with my exercise! On bad weather days, I do a tae bo workout DVD in the family room.

  • Do some extra walking for me!!  I'm on bed rest so I can't do anything.  I'm worried that I'll lose all muscle mass by the time July gets here.  I hope I won't have a hard time getting back into shape after delivery. 
  • I alternate between going to the gym and working out at home. Today, I'll be doing the Perfect Pregnancy Workout DVD and the 45 minute Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga DVD.

  • I do 20 min on the exercise bike and 20 min on the treadmill.  I usually do it after dinner though because I've noticed it helps with the acid reflux.  I just got a prenatal yoga dvd too, which helps with my back pain, so I may do that later while I am supposed to be working from home.
  • Pffft.  I haven't worked out since I was put on pelvic rest for 1st tri spotting.  I was given the go-ahead a few weeks later, but I just can't be bothered.  Embarrassed  I was good with my last pregnancy and worked out on the elliptical until I was about 34 weeks.  I'm just a lazyass this time around!
  • Me and the elliptical have a date at lunch.
  • I did a step class for 40 min ( I skip the ab/toning at the end) and the eliptical for an additional 30 min this am.
  • I am not the workout queen I was before getting KTFU.  Whoops. 

    Today I think I'll walk to the pantry and get myself a 100 calorie pack of Fudge Grahams to go with my morning cup of coffee.  Maybe I'll do a lunge or two on my way there...or maybe not.

  • I have my cardio/pilates class tonight. YEAH! Normally I alternate between the Wii Fit step/jogging, the elliptical and a prenatal working DVD I have, but once a week I have class and I feel so good afterwards.

     

  • I have my swim/water areobics class tonight!
  • I did 30 minutes on the elliptical & weights this morning before work.  I'm way too tired to do it after work, so if I don't go early, I won't go at all!
