    Um, a donut?  I left my breakfast at home. 

    I think that donut was 5 points, but I haven't put it in yet.

    I also left my lunch at home, so that is fantastic.  I am thinking I'll be eating a really big salad and steamed veggies for dinner. . .

    Seriously? I just added up my lunch and I think it's more than what some of you eat a day.

    Must remember to bring my lunch from now on - the only options around here are fast food.  I am eating a potato, but it has sour cream and butter (I'm sorry, I couldn't eat a plain potato).  Next time, I'll get a small chili instead of a fish sandwich.

    Sadly, I'm so fat, I still have 10 points left for dinner, without breaking into activity or weekly points.

    Same here.  I'm about to knock this cup back, which will take me to 2 cups for the day.  Tongue Tied

    I'm not doing so well.  I can tell already that this week is gonna suck.

    My old rule of no coffee until I've had my first glass of water (which = 2 cups) is back in play, I think.  And I think I'm back to the talls, rather than the grandes on the lattes.  Mmmmm, chai tea latte.

     Man, I'd forgotten how much I loathed WW.  Not that I don't need it, but . . . this week is going to suck.

    I went over by 4 points, to indulge in the cheetos.  They were divine.

    I did get at least 1 activity point (and I am going to do yoga tonight for another).  So that is something. . .

    I would not have gone over had I gone to my weight class at the gym. I get 6 activity points for it, but I am having major cramps so I skipped it and made a Mardi Gras mask for nom kitteh instead.
