When I found out i was pregnant again, I was overjoyed and ready for it. My first pregnancy was SO easy!!! I expected this one to be even easier because I knew what to expect!
I was wrong, wrong, wrong! I'm more tired, I have worse symptoms, all i want to eat is strawberries, i can no longer enjoy coffee or garlic, I'm sick ALL the time(vs. none the first time), I'm worried(vs. not with the first)...the only better thing about this one is it's going MUCH faster than the first!
Anyone else have a worse second pregnancy?
Re: Second Pregnancy Worse?
Atleast you crave something healthy like strawberries!
I crave nothing but fattening junk food!
Well this is not my second, but this pg is a lot more difficult than all of my previous. I am about 6 years older but still not old. I think it's fairly normal though. Hang in there!!!
This one is definetly harder for me! My first one was like 7years ago, and i was 17 but still!
I'm tired all the time, the whole morning sickness i never had before but have all the time now and i don't think its going away anytime soon.
With my son i never worked while i was pregnant and now i work 60 hours a week, and thats cut back cause before it was 80 or 90 so i'm sure thats contributing to the whole tired all the time thing.
Umm....last time i craved sweets and ice cream and gained like 50 lbs with that one, so far this time i mostly crave fresh fruit and i've only gained 4 lbs so far but i'm only half way there so we'll see what happens with that!
And now i could be starving but as soon as i get food in front of me i have no appetite, kinda frustrating!
Ahh, i could go on and on but thats enough!
Mine has been tougher in many aspects. I had very little to no m/s with DS, never craved anything or had pregnancy related fatigue. My heartburn started in the 3rd tri. With this one, I had m/s and was terribly tired in the 1st tri. I have had cravings and Tums are not helping with my heartburn so I have moved to Zantac.
I also think this pg is going so fast! I think it is nice now but I think I will be so hormonal after giving birth that I will probably cry because it went too fast. :-)
