Don't yet at me if this is a 1st Trim question  but I just wanted to check because I googled it and found mixed answers. Is it safe to use while pregnant?

hmmm. not sure.  i had to double check with vicks vapor rub the other day, i had no idea it had a pregnancy warning.  can you use a heating pad or take a warm bath just in case?

i wouldnt.. but thats just me.. its meant to be absorbed into ur skin...

Yeah I have the heating pad on now but as soon as I take it off the pain comes back. Then I try ice but nothing is helping!!!!

Nothing is helping. That is why I was thinking of trying something new. I'll just use the heating pad for now.

Nope. I used to use Tiger balm all the time before I was pg. DH works in a pharmacy and looked it up, he said it was  a big no-no. Try alternating ice and heat.

I asked my Dr. about it and was told to steer clear because of the absorption.

My doctor cleared it after my 1st tri!  I use it a few times a week!
