Good news on the house!

We had the inspection done today and the house is in excellent shape. There are only a few minor things that need to be done like trim a tree, tighten a light bulb, chlorinate the water heater, etc. Great, no termites!

The best news is....we'll probably be closing by the end of THIS month! Our original closing date was March 12th and it seemed like SO far away but the lender has said we will close before February is over.

I am SO happy and excited. I can't wait to move out of this pit and into my big house!
