In PN yoga we sit with legs in butterfly position and basically do a huge exaggerated circle from the waist, leaning forward, side, backward, side and reaching hands out and around all sides as we move. It's great for releasing pressure in the lower back.
Lay on your back folding your legs in at the knees. Do one leg stretch at a time. Holding your hand under your knee, push your foot forward while pulling your leg back. It really seems to relieve my back pressure.
