i think u can get straps for them but what works well is the mat that you purchase for the utensil drawers- it has the rubber and keeps stuff from sliding- i used to be a nanny and this worked excellent- it never slid
I saw some mention somewhere of a strap. I'm not sure if the strap is to hold the kid down or hold the pad to the changing table. I have obviously not done any research in this department, I will assign it to DH.
sometimes they have a kind of 'tray' lip around the top of the change table... I guess yours doesn't. You could always try double-sided foam tape/carpet tape. I would be concerned as well.

Ours just sits there. It never moved at all with DD and I never had anything extra attaching it. Although, once she started rolling and wiggling more (around 3 months), I stopped using the change pad and just changed her diaper in her crib (way easier).

Baby BOY!
I looked at it, no ties, long straps or buckles..
I'd damn hot glue that thing down if need be!
My sister just puts the non slip shelf liner under the pads, and swears it's stable enough (she's on her 3rd kid and no one has slipped off yet...)

That's what I was talking about.
then you can't change the cover when he poops or pees on it! Which, will, undoubtably happen
