anyone else experience

Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?  I now have a headache.  I have had swollen feet and hands for a few weeks.  And my blood pressure is 130/90 (a bit high).  Yesterday at work everyone freaked out because I was red/flushed, swollen hands and pitting edema.  I am speech pathologist for a nursing home, so I work with alot of nurses.  I called the doctor and they told me to rest for 20 to 30 minutes, drink some water and recheck the blood pressure.  They were not worried too much, said if I get a headache or blurred/spotted vision to call and if my blood pressure did not come down to come in.  My blood pressure has been normal thus far.  I am 35.4 weeks.  Anyone else feel like this?  Any advice?  Oh yea, I do get migraines and that is what it feels like.  I have not had one in a while though.

Well it went away.  After checking is after 30 minutes it went to 114/74.  So it was fine.  But tonight when my head started hurting I thought about the BPagain.  My husband checked it, he took EMT courses several years ago, but has not checked BP since.  So it may be wrong.  My neighbors are EMTs and they are coming over soon to recheck it.
