Do a lot of you have restless legs??

I've been having the hardest freakin time at night lately. I get in bed and my legs just twitch or feel like I have to move them. It is driving me nuts! I've tried eating bananas, going for long walks, working out, all sorts of things.... not helping! Last night I got up and ran my feet under really cold water. Seemed to do the trick. But how annoying!

  • No restless legs here... just incredibly itchy.  So itchy that I wake myself up at night scraping at them Sad

  • I have GOT to get my eyes checked! I swear that I read "Do you have a lot of restless legs??" What is wrong with me today?

    Sorry I don't have any suggestions.

  • I've been taking warm baths before bed.  That seems to work for me.  I also have a snoogle which helps with getting comfortable in bed.
  • I did earlier in my 2nd tri, they magically went away.

    I would literally sit up at night and whine in pain.

    I'm praying mine stop! I know dh is too! I have kicked him so many times without meaning too! Poor kid!!

  • I have it and it couldn't be more annoying!  I have followed a few rules that help me when it strikes. I eat banana early in the day, no sugar after 6pm (really hard), and I take my prenatal early. If I do wake up or can't sleep at all I stretch for a while and drink a glass of milk.

  • Mine were doing that for a while. SO ANNOYING. Getting up and pacing around for a couple of minutes always did the trick for me. Sometimes I just stand up and step in place, which DH finds very amusing. Thankfully, it magically stopped a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully yours will too!
