I havent' had any comments yet, but I get looks. Especially since my wedding ring doesn't fit now, so people assume I am 18 and unwed. I just want to scream, I am 26 AND married....so stop looking at me funny!

I don't get comments but on the weekends I roll out of bed, pull my hair in a pony tail (which makes me look about 12) and do my errands. I feel the stares at times and feel the need to justify myself but then I realize that's just giving in to their ignorance.
ya, i don't wear my ring to the gym and i get lots of looks- it sucks.
Ditto. And the other day I bought a crib off craigslist and DH couldn't come with. The sellers looked so concerned (I also look about 18) that I kept mentioning "my husband" and "my masters degree" which seemed to calm them down. Sometimes I wish I had a sign that said "I am 27. My loving husband is 38. We are financially stable. Mind your own business."
Power to you single mamas out there!

It is frustrating after awhile though!
