Thank you oh so much Super Angry for mentioning cigarettes in two different posts, because now I'm dying. ;P

Four years later, the cravings might not come as often, but they're just as strong. All your fault. All. Bah!

    oh gosh I'm sorry!!!!!!!!!!!  Its so damn hard sometimes.  Thats why I keep a pack in the fridge....it stays fresh in there and that pack will last me a month or so.   I know its a cop out but I smoke when I'm under extreme stress.  Even dh says I'm much calmer after I have a cigarette.
