The realtor re-showing the house on Saturday moved up the showing from 3 until 10am, and asked for the disclosures and disclaimers. Sounds like an offer may be coming.

Of course, he is the buyer's agent and can't say that they are going to make an offer. He said that he is "anticipating a positive outcome" for Saturday.

I've barely bothered to look... the ones that I saved on the realty sites have all sold while we waited for a buyer.

If we get an offer, we can start to look for real. After 15 months at my mom's, what's another month or two, right?

Wow, good luck to you!  It took my parents 17 months to sell their house in NY, but they finally sold it.  Best wishes for a positive outcome!
