Enfamil users - RE: checks/coupons

DD uses Enfamil and i signed up on their website a month or so ago.  i RARELY get checks from them or e-mails.  is that normal or am i missing something???

Same here....and by the looks of posts when people offer them to swap they are a hot item! I guess they are stingier then the other formula companies

I signed up less than a week ago and in the mail today I got two 8 oz samples and a $3 check.

They do take a while to send them out But also check in those magazines that they send out too Try calling the customer service hotline and see what they say I just received $15 last week in the nagazine they sent out HTH

Same thing happened to me. I had to go on the website and sign on under my account. There is a tab that says "Preferences" and you need to click that you wanted to receive mailings from Enfamil. As soon as I did that I started getting things in the mail!
