i don't see three defined lines... but i don't see any balls... its a tough pic!

I think boy because they drew the arrow.  (Well, that's what they did for me). Not sure if they do that for those having girls.

Yeah, it was done by my OB. He gave me a guess (which is probably correct), then told me not to buy anything until next visit.

I'm guessing you know, because you blacked out part of it.  I'm going to go with boy just because the arrows are covering everything else.

Haha, most of you are correct!  He said 90% sure boy.  Then he said, or it could be a swollen labia.  Of course then's when he said don't buy anything until my next visit. 

My ticker must be messed up because I'm only 16w4d.

They drew an arrow to the "three lines" with our little girl.

I would say it look like nothing and dont know why they would try to guess that early cuz since they told you not to buy anything they are not sure either.

I had my big ultrasound at 16w2d and the penis was much clearer than that! Hopefully they can get a better image for you on your next ultrasound. FWIW, I was going to guess boy before I read all the responses.
