preeclampsia ?s

I had preeclampsia with the twins and delivered at 35 weeks b/c of complications from it.  They are 8 months now.  I saw a doc yesterday about possibly trying for # 3 later this year (2 years apart).  He wants me to see a specialist b/c of the preeclampsia.  I didn't know there could be problems after the delivery with this.  What kind of things should I be looking out for?
