I have some already cooked chicken breasts left over - any ideas as to what I should make for dinner tonight with them? My brain is too fried right now to think!
Shred the chicken and throw it in a saucepan. Add BBQ sauce, a little water, a little Worcestershire, some liquid smoke if you have it, simmer on low 30 minutes or so (add more water if the mixture gets too thick). Serve on buns with coleslaw! Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

if they are full this is my fav.
Slit it in half so you can stuff it with the following...
Sweet pepers, smoked gouta cheese, and prosciutto then use a tooth pick to hold it all together and fry it.
It's so good and so easy.
Serve with spaghetti and sauce!
