Disney Rave!

We just got back from Disney.  I had a conference and took DH and DD (2 yo) with me.

We stayed at the Corondado Springs Resort (that is where the conference was).  It was really nice, although big. Rooms were nice and clean.  Buses were great - longest wait was about 10 min.

Disney was fantastic - of course!  DD LOVED the princesses and characters.  She gave them hugs and kisses.  She also loved the rides.  There is really a lot to do at Magic Kingdom for little ones.  She also loved playing at Pooh's tree house and Mickey's Toon Town Fair.

I was so glad we took the MacLaren Quest instead of the Graco stroller, light weight and collapsable (sp?) was key!

DD did great waiting in line (30 min most).  There was always stuff to look at and other kids.

Taking snacks was key!  DD liked to have some familiar food.

She is still talking about 'elephants' (ie the Dumbo ride) and Tigger.

Oh, we ate at Crystal Palace (Tigger, Pooh, Piglet, and Eore) and Princess Garden (?) at EPCOT (Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, and Alice).  Both were great, pricey but worth it.

Anyone who thinks a 2 yo isn't going to get anything out of Disney should see the picture of my daughters face when she saw Cinderella.  Priceless!!!!

Glad you had a great time! ?We're going next month with my 3 year old and 15 month old. ?My 3 year old is so excited about it already.

My DS was 14 months when we last went.  He doesn't remember it, but he sees pictures of himself and characters and is in awe.  It's so cute.  We're hoping to go in January.  Glad you had a great time!
