  • The Baby Sleep Book by Sears.

It's amazing. I wish I had gotten it before Will was born.

  • I like the Baby Whisperer books. ?IMO the author teaches a logical routine that is very flexible. ?Some things she recommends I take w/ a grain of salt but for the most part I think they are very helpful books.

  • I have the No-Cry Nap Solution.  There is also the No Cry Sleep Solution.

Also, maybe Happiest Baby on the Block.  He has a lot of good calming tips.

  • I have Good Night, Sleep Tight- The sleep lady's gentle guide to sleep (or somethign like that).  It has a lot of good ideas but one of the big no-nos is a paci for sleep which DD does. I'm reading the first baby whisperer right now to see if I can get some good ideas from that.
  • Solve Your Child's Sleep Problems by Ferber is the only one that worked for DD.

  • We have a good one called "Teach your child to sleep". I think it is published by the Millpond Sleep Clinic (from Britain, if I recall correctly). It is handy for babies and children, and offers flow charts to assess the problem and then offers various solutions. It was my fave of the sleep books I purchased. Good luck!
  • I'm reading both of the Baby Whisper books.  It's easy to read and I a lot her information makes sense.  Now I just have to work on implementing it...
