I want to cut her hair, wdyt?

Is it wrong to cut her hair at 4.5 months?

  • Let me add, before I get flamed, that it's longer on top than the sides, and very patchy.  I want to even it out.

  • No flames here, but IMO I would leave it be.  It might look better now if you cut it, but as she grows and her hair grows, it might really look worse and uneven.  I would wait until at least a year and give her some time for it to grow out on it's own.  JMO.
  • Why would you get flamed?? I trim Larsen's hair quite a bit.??

  • Briana has a rat-tail and horrible comb-over if I don't trim it...  I started a few weeks ago trimming... doesn't hurt in my opinion

  • I don't know... for some reason I feel like baby hair should be left alone if it's only for cosmetic reasons (when they're this small). I only feel this way because it makes me sad to think of cutting off the hair that she was born with (and had when I was pregnant). Weird - yes... but I didn't get a haircut until I was 4 so I plan on leaving DD's full head of hair to grow whichever way it may.
