Constant eating for 2 days?

When I say constant I mean I BF her both sides and let her comfort suck from 4:30-6, I was drained. She wanted to BF both sides again at 7. Had 6oz at 8 and just finished BFing both sides 5m ago...this has bee for the last 48 hours...

OMG, and she does not spit it up! 

She is in her bouncy sucking on her fist like she is hungry! What should I do???

This is DD EXACTLY the past day. I just spent from 5-8 bfing her from both breasts and she'd comfort suck for a good 10 mins after she was done eating. I can hear her in her crib sucking her fists, but not crying or fussing so I think I'm gonna see if she falls asleep

Isn't there a growth spurt at 4-6 weeks?
