I have 1 & 2 On Demand right now. How many are there? How long do you do part 1 for? A week?

There are 3 levels. Do number one for about 10-15 days or until is seems too easy. I LOVE this workout.

yeah i only have the first 2 on demand as well. if i love it by the end of level two i will give and buy the video to finish up.
