32 weeks today! Belly PIP and why can't I breathe?!

I don't look/feel like I'm carrying THAT high (do I?), but I just cannot breathe this past week or so!  I almost passed out from trying to say the Pledge of Allegiance with my class (literally had to sit down and put my head between my knees) and constantly feel like I'm just not getting enough oxygen, no matter what I do.  There's really no solution to that other than posture and hoping the baby drops soon, right?

Here's my 32 week belly:

  • I don't have an answer for you, but you look great!

  • You look tiny!  I'm sorry the belly is making you so uncomfortable though...I'm there too:)  If I had to make a guess based on your belly (not that I believe in that), I'd say this one is definitely another girl!

  • Isn't it weird that I'm only 5'3" and still never get one of those "sticking way out there/nowhere else to go" bellies?  I feel like a sumo wrestler half the time anyway, but I definitely expected to be bigger by this point!
  • Brooke stayed head up the whole time with the exception of one week before birth.  Then the day before I had her, she flipped back head up.  I couldn't breathe my entire pregnancy with her.

Cubby, I'm only a week ahead of you, and I'm 5'1"-5'2"....and I'm carrying my DD exactly in the same way. With DS, the roundness literally started right under my boobs and looked like a big ball. It is funny how short moms pop out compared to the taller moms. I had breathing problems last night, too. DH says she just moving head down in his medical opinion Stick out tongue

  • That is just about how I carried my ds and I felt the same way. Sometimes I even had to arch backwards to swallow and while digesting.  No real suggestions, but I feel your pain.
  • You look great, and I can't believe you're already 32 weeks!  Have you decided on names yet?
  • I can't breathe either and I'm having a girl.  I feel like I have to constantly be sitting in a somewhat reclined position!

You're looking great...we're in the home stretch!

OMG, more freaking cute sigs from you, JLK!  Stop it already!

If it's a boy, it's definitely Evan, but we're still debating between Raina and Madeline for a girl...

  • I was going to say that I hope you have a girls name ready because you are totally having a girl! :-) My belly is exactly the same shape this time. You look great! Too bad you won't be able to use the name Evan this time - I love it! :-)
