Yep, so my 10 month old baby finally decided she'd like to get moving! It's slow and takes all the energy she has, but she's finally doing it. Hopefully she'll soon realize if she gets up on her knees it'll be better. I just hope by her birthday party she has some sort of movement down pat so she's not sitting and watching everyone run around her!

That is so cute!!! It does look like it takes a lot of effort but she is totally doing it!!!

Don't forget that not all kids crawl the "traditional" way and it's perfectly fine not to - she is figuring out how to get around.  She is adorable

mady's now crawling with 1 foot and keeps the other foot under her butt....she's like "just in case i trip i have back up" lol...she's a safe crawler!

Oh Mel, she's adorable!  My nephew is 14 mo and he still crawls like that.  LOL  Laziness.

she's doing great!!! Angelina was basically doing the same at 10 months and I was in NO hurry for more! once they become mobile life gets way more interesting lol My nephew just started walking last week at 11 months and is all over the place and my SIL is going nuts!!! I just laughed  lol since she talked so much crap when Angelina couldn't walk until past her 1st b-day. I'm sure she'll be using her legs soon and then you'll be chasing her around in no time congrats mommy !!!!!!

I second Leanna's comment about not all kids crawling the same way. This could be Zoe's way - unless she discovers her knees - and she could just get faster and faster like a little worm. I have a feeling, though, that she will find her knees in a week or two. Mark my words!

A friend's little boy has the strangest crawl I have ever seen. He uses his arms and then his back left leg. His right leg gets used almost as a third arm as if his foot is a third hand. So, one knee, two hands, and a foot. It looks so wrong! He walks perfectly fine but when he crawls he does it this way. LOL. Take Zoe's army crawl!!!
