Fruit? I have had Strawberries, bananas, and grapes almost every day this week. I have pound cake left over from a birthday party last weekend, and threw a few cubes in at night for an extra treat.
I just finished an italian style breaded chicken with pumpernickel bread, tomato, and lettuce (Using up whats around the house, trying not to let food go to waste!)....it was yummy though!
I just had dinner, I made my fave chicken salad as a sandwich. Chicken, Almond, Grape. So good, just roast chicken (white meat) cut up with celery a little onion, red grapes and toasted almonds. Oh and a little low fat mayo. It's yummy.
