Hi girls, I only have a minute, but wanted to give you a quick update. Jax is still heaving, although only stomach acid and secretions are coming up. He's heaved about 8 times so far today (5:30pm). They decided to not increase his formula rate (to his goal of 26ml's/hr) quite yet. So we're stuck at 20 to see how he does. We'll find out tomorrow if they're going to do another EGD scope on him. We loved our nurse yesterday and overnight...the one on all day today is less than to be desired. My husband snapped at her as she just stood watching Jax puke into his hands. Ugh....

Hospital days are long. Thank god they borrowed us a swing and jumperoo to try and keep Brady entertained during the day. I was assuming Jax would be coming home tomorrow, but now I'm not sure. We'll see. We're hanging in there. It's hard to live so far from family so it's just us!

I am sorry that your nurse sucked today.... I don't understand how some nurses are in that profession.... some are wonderful and there are ones you just want to throw things at.  Hopefully Jax will get some answers soon!

I am so sorry. There is nothing worse than an insensitive or inattentive nurse. I hope you can feel the prayers coming all the way from Utah, I have been thinking about you guys!  My Jax hopes your Jax feels better soon
