My neighbor is playing the bagpipes.  I think it might be time to close the window.  Who plays the bagpipes?

Ha, I thought my neighbors with the loud music were bad, but bagpipes?   Are they wearing kilts?

I LOVE the sound of bagpipes, when played well. But if it's someone who doesn't know how to play, I can only imagine how annoying that has to be! I would definitely be shutting my windows, and turning up my own music to drown them out.

I love bagpipes!   I had them at my wedding and it's my favorite part of the St. Patrick's Day Parade!

LOL that is funny!! I absolutely love the bagpipes!! Once we went to the park and some random guy was standing in the middle of the park playing them. DS wanted to go home and i made him stay for like an extra 30 minutes because I wanted to keep listening!
