clothes for 50 degress at night?

We leave for Disney tomorrow.

It is suppose to be a high of 73-77 and low around 50.  Do you think DD will be ok in pants and a little hoodie jacket with a short sleeve shirt underneath?

  • That should be fine.

  • Yep, should be fine with long pants.  If you have a fleece that you can tuck in your bag, it'd not be the worst idea...

  • That should be fine.  It has been around 50 here at night and we do jeans, a t-shirt (usually long sleeved) and a hoodie or light jacket.

  • We were just there last week!!!

It was about the same weather....so, let me tell you that we had my son in a long sleeve shirt, and sweatshirt and bought him another sweatshirt to go on top because he was so cold.  He was in the stroller more and we were walking more....so, while we warmed up, he got the wind in his hair so to speak and was cold.  So....I recommend a jacket with a sweatshirt and a bottom layer shirt too.

    Yikes!  Good to know!  Thanks!

  • How warm is it where you are now?  If it's currently 10 like it is here, then 50 will feel like a heat wave, and he should be fine with a hoodie.  If it's currently 80, then you'll need a jacket too.  I'd probably bring a jacket along just in case.  Maybe throw a blanket in the stroller.
