Who was the poster on BF?  I am on that board fairly often (haove a SD) although I don't read all the posts.  I am interested to see who it is to find out how old the child is to judge the likelyhood of the information being accurate.  If it is, I agree, absolutely horrible but I agreed with I believe it was Fem that questioned how a spray bottle would stop kids from crying...sounds to me like something that might have been done with a pet (like spraying a cat to get them off the couch I have heard of) and the child is making stories.  But I am totally not trying to say it's not true or to make light, if I believed it was true I would call DYFS if I knew the person.
