Pumping at work: I feel silly now...

I went back to work this week, and since I couldn't find anything about a mother's room, I've been pumping in my car.  Today I had a short window between meetings, so I brought the pump inside, and went to a restroom on a different floor in an area that doesn't get a lot of traffic.  What do I find there?  A nursing room!  It's literally two floors down, directly under my desk, and I stumble on it totally by accident.

 I'm a little annoyed that I've been hiking out to my car in 20 degree weather three times a day, but soooo glad I found it now instead of two months from now!

I've been pumping in the bathroom for 3.5 months... no nursing room where I work, it sucks.

Nobody knew!  I swear it's the best kept secret in the building.  I'm going to make it my mission to tell every pregnant woman I see at work where it is and how you get access to it.

Same here... it is my goal to make all women aware. I'm glad to know I'm not the only person who that has happened to.

That's fantastic that you have a room.  I am cramed into a small closet but I am thankfull that I have that closet.  I couldn't imagine pumping in the bathroom.
