Pump Question

I have the Medela PISA.  The last couple of days the pump will not work in the sense that there is no suction.  I hear the air so I know it is working, but when I put my boob in the funnel thing (have no clue what the right name of it is) nothing happens.  I have a larger chest, but have not had any problems using it in the past.  What do you think it could be and how can I fix it?

Are the little rubber flapping things there and working?  Mine are white, but I have an older pump.

Have you replaced the white membranes lately? Are they attached well to the yellow thing?
