Do I keep my mouth shut ALL the time?

I tried giving my DD a new bottle today and she hated it. DH just asked if he could try and as he did, DD started gagging on it but he kept on trying to use it. I couldn't take it and told him to stop! He's really upset at me now, he said I need to respect him as a parent too. And I do.  I hardly ever give him advice, only when I feel it's hurting her. She's been having such a good day today, and I don't want to see her cry.

Men are a-holes.  Stella is a cutie.  Something about her reminds me of Ben.  But maybe not in this siggy pic.

DH does stuff like that sometimes too and when Matthew is crying and I don't take over I seriously feel like I'm going to have a panic attack.  But to keep the peace just tell him his a wonderful daddy and you appreciate the help.  As in everything else with men, they need constant positive reinforcement.

I've been through the same thing with DH.  I think it's a man thing.
