Anyone have an ADT system?

We're thinking about installing one and we're wondering how much of a discount is offered on your homeowners.  I've been trying to reach the insurance office for two days with no luck.

We do, but it was part of the house when we bought it. It's $42 a month and a two year contract. Be sure and tell them to put a stipulation in your contract that they cannot raise the rates during your contract. It's in there that they can raise the rates buried in very small print!

The only problem we have is that the glass break sensors set the alarm off all the time and one time it took them 20 minutes to call us to make sure everything was okay. That is too long.

Do you get any kind of discount on your homeowners insurance?

I just asked DH and he said yes (we have  MetLife for everything). He says he doesn't recall how much, though. He said he faxed them the ADT certificate.
