The airline that I use to work for went under and I never got my w2 form. ?What am I suppose to do?

    use the last paystub of the year.  they are required to send a copy of your W-2 to the government, so even if you never see it, there will be one on file and all the info you need is on your last pay stub!

    Our pay stubs were electronic. ?Through some website that I cannot for the life or me remember the password. ?

    I think I'm in a sticky situation.

    This happened to my DH last year.  He did eventually get it, but it took FOREVER.

    My old company went under too.  Can you contact the attorneys that are handling the bankruptcy?
