what size clothes?

I'm trying to decide what size spring and summer clothes to get for my dd. I ususually get most of her things at Gymboree and Janie and Jack.Right now she is wearing 3-6 mos which is big on her and then some of her 0-3 mos. Should I buy some 6-12 for spring and then 12-18 for the end of summer or just 6-12? I have no idea! 6-12 mos goes up to 22 lbs which I doubt she will be anytime soon and she is also short in height for her age ( 24 inches now). Anybody have any suggestions? thanks!

i think J&J runs a little big. ?i would buy 6-12... although the stuff i have for DS from J&J in that size looks huge. ?you could always save receipts and try to exchange sizes later.
