Night feedings and changing diapers

I always change DD before I feed her at night since she usually falls asleep at the breast.  But lately she's been soiling another diaper or 2 while she's eating.  Should I interrupt her feeding to change her or wait until she's done?

What do you do?

I'd change in the middle of the feeding then continue feeding.

At that age, we used to feed-change-feed.

First feeding was to help him be not fussy during the changing, the changing was to get rid of his fresh poop and wake him up for the 2nd half of the feeding, and the 2nd half was to help him go back to sleep. Worked great.
