So...any other working moms want to be home today???

I am at work and cant wait for the day to be over. I swear it seems like I only get an hour or so to spend w/dc (and my daughter) when I get home. Dont get me wrong, I love dc sttn, but I would like to spend a little more time w/him during the week!  I get off at 4:00, home at 4:30 and he is asleep by 7:00......Seems like the daycare spends more time w/him than me. Sad  Wish I could be a sahm sometimes.

    Yes!  I've had Parent Teacher Conferences all week so I've seen DS for about one hour in the evening for the past three days.  Yesterday, I was able to go to daycare to hang out with him for an hour but won't be able to today. I would love to be a SAHM but DH is finishing up school and starting med school in the fall so it's just a pipe dream!  Maybe for the next one I can be home :)

    I took the day off today because I have a dr. appt. and I am lovin it!  It is so relaxing to not rush out the door in the morning. 

    Next year I am planning to start a home daycare so I can be with DD all day.  I'm teaching this year and I only have 74 more days to work!
