It didn't do much for me. Maybe a little increase? But as soon as my prescription ran out . . . so did my supply.
Well, crap. That's what I'm afraid of. It really did help increase my supply (although, I pretty much had nothing before so any increase was something..). I have a prescription for a second round of Reglan so I'm going to fill that tomorrow but if that doesn't work, I'm all out of luck.
I've heard domperidone actually works better. I tried reglan w/my first pregnancy and had the same experience. Domperidone can be taken more long-term. It's not available in the US, but you can buy it online at globaldrug.tv. It's supposed to have less negative side effects than reglan, but you should definitely do some research on it. I'm currently taking fenugreek and blessed thistle to increase my supply and plan on ordering the domperidone.
I'm down to my last couple of pills and my supply has stayed boosted. Are you eating plenty and drinking A LOT of water?
Wheee!

Yep, I'm drinking more than I ever thought possible.
I actually just pupmed and got a whopping 4 ounces (huge for me!). I didn't even get an ounce this afternoon where I normally get more and yesterday wasn't good at all either, but this last pumping session is giving me a bit more hope. Fingers crossed that my supply won't tank.
